Your files stay your files.
When you send files, drawings or project details to JK Printworks, through this website, by email or in person, JK Printworks agrees to keep them confidential. No separate agreement is needed.

Our commitment to you
- We keep your files private. Your files, drawings, models and project information are not shared, published or shown to anyone outside JK Printworks without your written permission.
- We use them only for your job. Your information is used only to quote, review, design, print, inspect and deliver the work you asked for.
- You own your designs. Sending us a file does not give JK Printworks any ownership of or right to use your design. Ownership of new design work we create for you is set out in your quote.
- We never reuse your work. Your designs are never sold, copied into our own products, or shown in our portfolio or marketing unless you give written permission.
- We return or delete files on request. Ask and we will delete your files, keeping only the records we must keep for quality traceability or tax purposes. Those records stay confidential too.
- The promise does not expire. This commitment continues after your job is finished.
How your files are handled
Files are sent over encrypted connections and stored privately, with access limited to JK Printworks. The services that host this website, store uploaded files and deliver email handle them only to provide that service and have no right to use them. See the privacy policy for details.
What this does not cover
Like any confidentiality agreement, this does not apply to information that is already public through no fault of ours, that we already had or developed independently, or that you have made public yourself. If the law or a court requires us to disclose something, we will tell you first wherever we are allowed to.
