What we collect
- What you send us: your name, email, phone number, company, project details and any files you upload or email.
- Job records: quotes, invoices, shipping addresses and the records we keep for each part we make.
- Nothing behind your back: this website uses no advertising, tracking cookies or analytics.
How we use it
Only to reply to you, quote, design, print, ship and invoice your work, and to keep the records required for quality traceability and taxes. We will not add you to a mailing list unless you ask.
Who sees it
Your information stays with JK Printworks. We do not sell, rent, trade or share it with third parties for their marketing or for any purpose of their own.
A few service providers handle information on our behalf, only so we can run the business, and may not use it for anything else:
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website
- Google Workspace, which stores uploaded files in a private Google Drive and holds our email
- Resend, which delivers the website's notification emails
- Shipping carriers, which receive only what they need to deliver your order
- A payment processor, when you pay by card
We will disclose information only if the law or a court requires it.
Shop purchases
Purchases from the JK Printworks shop are completed on Etsy, and Etsy's privacy policy covers what you give Etsy. We receive only what we need to fill your order.
Keeping and deleting your information
We keep information as long as needed for your job and for the quality and tax records the law requires. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
Security
This website uses encrypted connections, uploaded files are stored in a private Google Drive, and access is limited to JK Printworks.
